Redmond, WA–March 28, 2002- Data-Linc Group, the leader in industrial data communications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pete Roccaforte as Northeast Regional Sales Manager. Roccaforte, based near Cleveland, Ohio, will manage accounts in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada.

Developed through over twenty years of experience in the industrial automation industry, Roccaforte's commercial, technical, and communications skills will be a significant asset to Data-Linc's customers in the region. Having previously performed in a number of technical and marketing roles for Rockwell Automation, Roccaforte's expertise includes the application of control and networking technologies, international marketing, and program management.

Additional experience gained in the application of fluid power products, and, most recently, marketing industrial software, provides Roccaforte with a broad view of industries, customer needs, and available solutions.
