October 26, 2012, Bellevue, Washington, USA DATA-LINC GROUP announced today the success of its expanding support for global distributors, consulting engineers and system integrators through product overviews and level-one technical training via webinars and hands-on classroom sessions.

Larry Terwisscha, Technical and Customer Relations Manager, heads the program. During 2012, more than 20 U.S. Distributors and System Integrators participated in Product Training and Technical Overview webinars. The web-based training was extended to include those in Australia, Philippines, India, Indonesia and elsewhere.

Hands-on, in-depth training sessions of at least two full days have been conducted for Distributors from Brazil, Russia and Indonesia at DATA-LINC's corporate headquarters. Two other sessions were delivered on-site in China/Taiwan and Australia, with India scheduled for early 2013.

As R&D expands the DATA-LINC product line, training will be vital to provide and exceed the level of service customers and channels to market have come to expect. Trainee evaluations have been extremely positive. Training is an on-going commitment.
